If you are reporting a conversion issue, include the browser name, approximate 3MF file size, whether the file contains multiple parts, and what happened during preview or STL export. Do not email proprietary 3MF files unless you are comfortable sharing them.
The converter is designed to run file parsing and STL export locally in the browser. Contact email is for support and feedback; it is not required for normal 3MF to STL conversion.
